Physician Bios:
Dr. Eduardo Correa
Family Medicine
Dr. Correa is a dedicated and trusted Family Physician serving the community of Chicago and he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has been practicing at Colonial Medical Center since 2007. He is on staff at Illinois Masonic Hospital and Swedish Covenant Hospital.
Dr Correa got his bachelor degree at University of Iowa. After studying at Guadalajara Mexico for his degree, he went to New York Medical College to finish his training as a Physician.
He completed his residency at Swedish covenant Hospital becoming a Board Certified Family Physician.
Dr. Natverlal Surati
Pediatrics
Dr. Surati is board certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Peditatrics and the Illinois Medical Society. He has been at Colonial Medical Center since 2006 and is on staff at Illinois Masonic Hospital.
Areas of interest include asthma, allergies, and ENT problems.
Dr. Sandra Pena
Family Physician
Dr. Sandra Pena is a family physician residing in Chicago, IL. She currently practices at Colonial Medical Center, where patients visit her for the treatment of a variety of common illnesses. She is proficient in Spanish along with English, which makes her accessible to various ethnic communities. Dr. Pena earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She then decided to pursue her medical education from the same institute. She later chose to specialize in primary care and went on to complete a residency in family medicine at Community Health Network. Dr. Pena holds herself to the highest standard of care, which is why she got certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and uses the platform to keep herself updated on the advancements in her field. She is compassionate and is dedicated to the well-being of her patients.
